AmateurTransplants.com
Adam Kay of Amateur Transplants fame contacted me in late 2011 asking me to finish implementation of his new site. The initial design work had been done by Joel Overton and I worked closely with Adam filling the content, making the site cross-platform compatible and making the site live. The site went live at the end of January 2012 and has been seen by well over 40,000 unique viewers.
The primary purpose of the site is to list Amateur Transplants’ gigs (and hence sell tickets) as well as showcasing their music (and flogging t-shirts). As such the site needs to update often, which lead me to build Amateur Gigging, a web application built in bootstrap, which provides the data which powers the site.
